Warranty
SiK electronic products purchased from the SiK store or authorized resellers are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for one-year from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted. This warranty does not cover accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, neglect, or normal wear and tear. Tampering with or exposing the internal components and/or circuitry of the device voids this warranty. SiK will repair or replace a defective product free of charge. Contact our Customer Service department to obtain a Return Material Authorization number (RMA) before shipping the product to SiK. The product must be returned to the SiK warehouse within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. We reserve the right to reject products returned without an RMA. Claims received after the first 45-days from the date of purchase will be subject to normal shipping and handling charges. User serviceable items such as fuses are not covered by this warranty.
This warranty does not apply to non-electronic products such as cases or other fashion items.
THIS WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SiK SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL OTHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SiK'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED, AT ITS SOLE OPTION TO REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR OF THE PRODUCT. SiK IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
